Experience the beauty of nature on a full day Pilanesberg safari and tour. Our tours begin with pick-up at approximately 06h00, followed by a drive to the Park where we arrive around 08h00 or 08h30. As we journey into the complex of ringed mountains, we search for both big and small wonders of nature. Lunch is usually at the 5-star Bakubung Bush Lodge or a nice restaurant in the center of the Park, depending on sightings, around midday. After lunch, we continue exploring the park before departing for Johannesburg around 16h00, with the safari finishing at approximately 19h00.

Our safari includes exclusive use of a vehicle and qualified guide, 1 bottle of water per person, lunch and 1 drink, entry fees to the park, and highlights of the area. However, items of a personal nature, extra drinks, and gratuities are not included.

We offer departures from all addresses in Johannesburg’s northern, central, and western suburbs, Pretoria, ORT International Airport, and other towns and cities upon request and subject to revised pricing. The duration of the tour is 13 hours.

The cost of the tour depends on the number of people attending, with prices starting at
– ZAR 4 600 for one person,
– ZAR 2 650 for two people,
– and ZAR 2 050 for three people or more.

For group bookings, we offer competitively priced and expertly guided visits to the Pilanesberg National Park for anything between 10 to well over 100 guests. We also offer Pilanesberg Photographic Safaris, where guests can join one of the park’s most recognized and celebrated photographers for a set program to improve their photographic skills. As an ethical safari operation, we do not offer tours or excursions to lion parks, breeding, and cub petting facilities.
